Greg holds a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Oxford (2021) where his research focussed on CO2 utilization in oxygenated block polymers, exploring areas of catalyst development and the synthesis of functional polymer materials, targeting high-performance plastics, elastomers, and adhesives. Following this he became a core postdoctoral researcher and technology translator in the Innovation Centre for Applied Sustainable Technologies (iCAST) investigating sustainbale polymer-biopolymer hybrid materials and recycled polyester compounds for automotive applications. He is now the Industry & Partnerships Manager for the SCHEMA Hub, leading on business development and stakeholder engagement for the hub, and ensuring delivery of the hub's research and innovation through the research mechanisms and academia-industry co-creation events.
