Jacob Cox

Jacob is an Engineering Science researcher based at the University of Oxford with an interest in aerospace systems, and electrification of powertrains.  

He founded and lead the HyPower Bristol rocketry team to 3rd place at the 2023 European Rocketry Championship, with the most successful flight by a UK team. Jacob has since built on this to set the UK student thrust record with Bristol's first regeneratively cooled liquid engine in 2025.
